BTG software development specialists have been well recognized in the Enterprise Application Environment (EAE) user community as experts in Unisys EAE (LINC) development tools for more than 28 years.

BTG’s capabilities in EAE go beyond standard programming services as we have worked closely with Unisys on key applications developed in EAE, for example, the Unisys Financial Services System (UFSS), the UNISURE Life and Pensions Insurance System and the FBA URBIS Banking system, customizing and adding new functionality according to client requirements.  In these instances, in addition to technical expertise, BTG specialists apply their extensive knowledge in the underlying business of financial systems. 

In addition, BTG has designed, developed, installed and supported a proprietary retail banking system to meet the unique requirements of banks in the local Baltic market.  Development was done in EAE and the system was running on the MCP platform.  Migration of the system to Windows and AB Suite was also accomplished by BTG along with in-house specialists.

We have experience with providing level one, two and three customer support services for clients running EAE systems, including requirement analysis, impact assessment, design, development, testing, fault analysis and fixing, and product support.  BTG EAE specialists have knowledge in Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, providing a more flexible approach to development processes.

BTG has extensive experience in development of prototype software models for clients and for internal R&D projects.  The model-driven development environment of EAE was used for several projects to create an information system model and implement a prototype information system.  

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the quality of EAE development environments, BTG participates in Unisys field tests for new versions of the software products.  BTG has been a field test site for several EAE releases and has provided formal EAE product release testing services for Unisys EAE development centers in the US and Australia.
