Unisys needed assistance with the design, development, customization and support of new versions of its Mortgage Banking System covering Arrears and approached BTG. BTG established a permanent near-shore mortgage banking system project group covering system analysis, design, development, fault fixing and first level customer support tasks. BTG developed training and methodology to effectively pass business knowledge to new EAE developers. Consequently, BTG reduced client expenses by providing high value services at comparatively lower costs.
